I’ve mentioned my local VW dealer on here before, in my experience absolute and completely utter pants ?
Their Skoda franchise is better but not getting much follow up after ordering the Enyaq plus a £2000 upgrade pack.
My nearest Ford dealer is excellent, same lady has been there each time I’ve been in, ordered 3 cars with them over the years. The only other I can mention is the Audi dealership in Sunderland, went to look at a Q4 etron, very helpful, free soft drink etc, makes all the difference ?
