Yes. 100% go to any main dealers website and try and find the Motability link. It’s like trying to find Shergar in most cases. As for speaking to dealers why do they have specialists for Motability customers? Why aren’t all staff trained?
i absolutely hate going to any dealers cos it’s like pulling teeth and a either condescending approach of a completely lack of sensitivity to questions about disability etc. I’m still confused as to why we can’t place an order online and have a video call or other verification follow up. I can’t get to any of the dealers I’ve been interested in cos they are all miles away.
