    Glad to report my Ohme charger was installed yesterday as planned and I had no problem using it or scheduling my first charge. The engineer from Ascent Energy Services was a very polite and tidy worker, he explained how to use the Ohme charger and I was delighted. Thanks to everyone for your support and advice along the way and I hope anyone with similar issues has the same outcome as me.
