    Glad to hear it Kezo,

    Does seem that dealers have forgotten the art of customer service, probably due to several large players dominating the entire industry.

    Ultimately, they’re cutting their nose off to spite their faces because it won’t be too long when there will be more motability customers than private buyers. It can’t have escaped their attention that the majority have so little disposable income that a car purchase is the last thing they’ll currently take on!

    Whilst supply has been restricted they’ve had the upper hand but that position has turned upside down.

    We’re hoping to order a Takumi with a tow bar. The slower the better with 9 metres of caravan on the back that’s 2.4 m wide.
