My comment was responding to Tommy asking if you can buy options separately.
I have no opinion on any other EV as I have an Enyaq on order.
However I do find something as essential as a rear wiper a bit of a stupid thing to leave out of standard spec.
My car is expected to be delivered as MY 24. But there is nothing in Skoda’s press release to indicate MY24 will get the upgraded batteries yet.
The press release confirms 4.0 software and battery preconditioning but only says “subsequent” models will receive the updated batteries and it avoids a definite statement. Something as significant as that would definitely see a brochure change and a more confident press release.
