@Oscarmax How long is your contract with BT? Still need to know your location. Town will suffice. Just so I can look at alternative, quality FTTP ISP’s in your area. Do you know what telephone exchange you are connect to? if so let me know.
Hi Joss we are near Stafford, we extended our existing contract in January for 2 years when signing up for Optic Fibre, so I stuck with them for another 16 months. As regards telephone exchange I have no idea, it was poor and kept dropping out before optic fibre, optic fibre is less stable, I have given up with BT, when the contract ends I will have to look at an alternative.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
