Obviously she had no care for her child using a mobilie phone!
At least it was only minor bump and no one was hurt or were you inconvenienced by having your car off the road for repairs.
Part of me also say you should have uploaded the video footage to the police. At least it may have stopped her froming doing it again, especially with child in the back…
