As a general guide, the beam spread of LED’s is flatter with only a slight kick up of the beam on the left hand side and not enough to dazle when driving on the right. However it should state whether or not your lights are suitable for driving on the right in your owners manual under the lights section. You could always email Nissan UK or contact them on social media for clarification.
