On all 3 occasion Ford Focus, Ford Kuga and Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, dealers just gave us the keys for a test drive on collection again just gave the keys.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
