I previously tried some 5% strength from the famous high street health food & vitamin shop, as I said, it did relax me but didn’t do much for sleep. They’re was something in it as it made me sweat like crazy.
@Kezo, I’ve thought about melatonin and would probably get it from my GP due to my condition, but I’ve read it’s only for short term use. I’ve had insomnia since I was a child 50 odd years ago.
