I did look at a CX-5 back in (I think) 2015 and found the seats way too small to get into comfortably.
Given the curently available choices and high AP’s I may well just stick with the current Ateca, nothing really wrong with it apart from the terrible 19″ tyres, had a very light bit of snow and yet again no grip, totally useless.
Other options would be the Kuga ST-Line (£1745 AP) , I was looking at the e-power X-trail but the AP’s are way too high for me. Although the Qashqai is the same height as my current Ateca I tried to get into a Rogue in the USA and couldn’t manage it. I’ll have to go look at a RH drive Qashqai to be certain.
Luckily it’s the same dealer in Durham for all three makes.
