Last night the bedroom thermostat report 28 C. Too hot to sleep, sweating, an other change of bedding.
Unbearable joss especially with breathing issues. However you know I’m not one to gloat but the ac in the bedroom is set at 19.5c 🙂
On a serous note it may be worth considering wall mounted or portable ac as it really helps with any breathing issues. I have a wall mounted unit in the lounge and bedroom, whitch cost arounf £3k (I have a big lounge so needed a larger unit) and its a godsend tbh. However best time to get them fitted is after summer when there is less demand and cheaper t install.
