Had exactly the same scenario as Richard around 10 times. My current scheme vehicle is in and out the dealership all the time. At the moment we are entering the 4 th week of the latest repair!
Each time it is battle and a lot of friction. Europcar do not care what vehicle they push out to Motability customers. One time I have a vehicle delivered with two flat tyres, tissues and the previous Motability customers personal details in the car – phone, address, DOB, card details etc. Other times I have had vehicles the size of a Ford Fiesta to get an assistance dog and scooter in. One vehicle, I had need 3 tyres ,
One car was so small, If I sat in the front, nobody could sit in the rear. Motability’s response – we are only concerned with keeping you mobile.
