My dealer, about 10 days ago told me my car was to be shipped on 31st May and arrive 19th July. – then an additional 10 – 14 days until with the dealer – I asked about the delays at Tilbury – he said they were slowly getting back to normal.
Given that I ordered late October and it was an ultimate light interior – the suggestion of late July early August fits with what you are suggesting – but if they are making things up, then I find it rather patronising. If it is September I just want to know the latest estimate from Hyundai. – The sailing on 31st of May just appears made up.
im tempted to send a pointed but not rude email to this effect, but I doubt it will change anything – however I will make my thoughts none to both Hyundai and Motability once I have the car.
