That’s not an actual loss though, is it?
Had your car, whatever it is, been one of the vehicles involved in dieselgate, you would still have had to pay the AP and the monthly payments out of your PIP or DLA, no?
You don’t pay VED for a Motabilty car, so you can’t claim a loss there due to the higher emissions.
Vehicles which have subsequently been corrected to comply with the claimed emissions are known to be *less* economical afterwards, so no loss there either.
Still struggling to understand what loss you can claim for, and indeed whether anyone in the UK has managed to get a single penny out of these charleton legal firms for choosing a diesel car.
