I’ve been a Motability client for many years and they’ve looked after me very well. The current situation is not Motability’s fault, it is the result of recent very rough years globally.
The world is in a precarious state at the moment, and I’m personally grateful for the life I’m still able to lead in such troubled times. Not having to worry about transport is a huge plus when walking is both painful and problematical. We might not get the vehicle we want currently, but hopefully things will improve with supply, and meanwhile we can extend leases if necessary.
I have a first service booked for next Monday, and a dealer from ten miles away has arranged to collect and return my vehicle without me having to do more than wobble to the front door, which is so helpful.
I’m watching unbelievable suffering happening right now in Ukraine, and I pray that these innocents survive. For me, it puts into perspective our ongoing concerns about greatly reduced vehicle choice and the price of fuel etc during such frightening times.
