My wife has severe back problems and believe or not the heated seats actually alleviate some of the discomfort she gets when she driving or being driven as a passenger so for her there are an important item, not so much for me.
In regard to the OP its simply a matter of getting the goods you have paid/paying for if the vehicle was sold with electric seats then it should have them, I suppose its up to the OP to accept or reject the vehicle etc.
