sorry but what is this about getting rebate on extended lease sorry can’t quote post ave never heard of this before.
It occurs if on War Pensioners Mobility Supplement (WPMS), due to WPMS being £7.25 (currently) per week higher than the other Motability qualifying allowances.
As the initial AP paid on a scheme vehicle is amortised over the standard 3-year lease, War Pensioners would end up paying £7.25 per week extra during the extended lease period.
To ensure all customers pay exactly the same during extended lease situations, Motability refund this extra £7.25 per week to those on WPMS.
