After waiting 11 months for delivery of my R line Golf. Reading the brochure the car comes with voice control,even the salesman said on taking delivery on a cold day. he showed me how to use the voice control for climate control and music control .the voice control did not work .now I find out that I have to pay £200 to acquire this from the VW shop, I have had five golf in the past, and I find this car a bit of a death trap if you have to divert your eyes to the centre screen to operate the system or stop every time you need to change any function.
