Odd to assume that “going over the speed limit” is a freedom or right.
It’s not. The speed limiter is just a means to enforce the already existing “restriction in freedom”. It’s like arguing that it’s a restriction of freedom that you’re not allowed to steal clothing, and that those beep-tags are just government overreach.
It also has nothing to do with the EU. In case people haven’t noticed, we’re not in the EU anymore, so to blame them for something we decide on is just stupid.
