Motability told me to call the DVLA and tell him that I agree to allow Motability to do a manual licence check.
Called DVLA. They told me they have put a note on the account and Motability have 1 week from today to do the check (hopefully this is done on Friday whilst ordering the car).
Feels like I have to get involved at every single step to move things along.
