these are office workers or councillors going to council meetings, the gym just happens to be in the same building. had a blazing row with one guy who came out with the classic “dont you know who i am,i run this place”. he wasnt too happy when it was pointed out he wasnt doing a very good job.
Same with the leisure centre here in Worksop mitch. All the disabled bays are taken up by people without blue badges. Even the able bodied teachers from the school next door park in them but nothing is done about it.
