Our blue badge indeed has a clock wheel, which we have to set even for disabled spots. We are allowed to park on single or double yellow lines with badge displayed, up to three hours, apart from loading zones or car parks. Parking meters are down to the respective councils. On street disabled parking with no time limit. Car park disabled parking length down to the shop. Not allowed on private roads.
