Capita Called Monday midday and advised of PIP telephone assessment in less than 2 full days then sent text through. No one available to support me at short notice and not able to record.
2 hours 20 minutes it took. Feel exhausted and so uneccessary. All answers were repeated beck to me over and over with slight changes for me to try and pay attention and correct!
Not hopeful at all
