I’m also angry because the dealer hssn’t kept me updated on the situation, and I’m the one that has had to make contact with them all the time to get updates.
I’m now starting to see first hand that trend of Motability customers being treated less favourably than private customers.
I say this because a neighbour has placed an order for a Tiguan Allspace (PCP) from the same dealer and they’ve kept him informed along the way with updates every month.
First world problems, I know lol. It’s just that we shouldn’t allow bad customer like this become the norm for Motability customers.
