surprised you don’t get any paperwork yes with Kwik fit no paperwork. But whenever in garage with bmw always paperwork with the costs involved. Recently had a bulb changed and new wipers was left a receipt in the car of the costs and what was done same with service paperwork and a video emailed of the inspection.
