im in Scotland so after watch the video i thought i would contact scottish power iv been on the phone all afternoon to various numbers what a shambles no one seems to know .
contacted scottish power energy network its not use the say it customer service the customer service say you need to complete an online survey i say yes thats it but they said contact ev charger installation department so another number .
i said i want to complete the online survey take photos of my electric box ect , he said yes i can send you the link , to get the link to complete i need to pay £520 ish insalation they send the link i complete it they send out a survey team , i said cant i complete the survey first they said you need to pay, i said what if i change my mind about ev he said you have 48 hours cooling off period but you nee to pay the money
