I was told today I will get a call by the end of next week.
Not to worry you but I’ve been through this last 3 times as my mum does not live with me (under a mile away) so its protocol that they call you and see if the car will be used to for her benefit.
Just be prepared with all your answers they will ask why she needs it etc etc wouldn’t it be cheaper if you get a cab etc etc 3 years ago they even told me they will pay for the cab.
If your prepared for all the questions then not to worry.
