yes Bandit, in redpanda’s case the ap has gone down from one quarter to the next so as i and you say it should be a simple case of cancel and reorder.
in lou’s case another dealer was offering a cashback/reducedap and he asked the dealer he was dealing with to match it and they said no saying a loud of guff about any offers like that were taken off the gcb etc. usual salesman crap. so the only solution i see here is to cancel with the guff sayer and order from the cashback dealer assuming its worth it in time distance etc.
