I don’t know about CLA folks but I ordered and paid the deposit for a CLAe Shooting Brake. This suffered the same issue everyone else is claiming.
After the dealer excitement and taking the money they said it would be a couple of months, now 3 and counting, through Christmas.
After that silence on delivery and no promises when we do make contact that it will ever be delivered! The East of England Group – saying no more – I’m using, is big and has branches everywhere but they can’t “allocate” let alone deliver anything. They have to have an “Allocation” apparently “this is how Merc do things now”. Merc clearly earn too much profit from car sales and they don’t have to worry about putting down Reputation or Following on their CV. It begs the question why we bother?
