Don’t see your logic Brydo. At the moment we pay car tax and fuel duty. Replacing this with a per mile charge does not affect current charges for use of some road infastructure. The M6 Toll is I think the only toll road and is an optional route to avoid the more congested public motorway. I don’t think the government will be too concerned about us paying twice!
