Use anything you can.
My partners P.I.P was denied, but in the mandatory reconsideration we provided plenty of press reports that the assessors were proven to be bias against mental health issues.
She won the reconsideration and was awarded full P.I.P for four years.
Don’t think they will treat you fairly, they won’t, so you’ve got to use anything you can to prove your point.
