That’s one of the reasons I’ve now dismissed the new Golf R-Line for order next month. I refuse to pay £550 for something all the lower models get. Infact, when you fathom in the new GTI, GTD, etc, the R-Line is now the only model without folding mirrors! Utterly weird. I see people are complaining about the R-Line Tiguan as well now for it’s lack of equipment that used to be standard. I’m not sure what VW are thinking lately as regards their R-Line models?
