A few years ago I was looking to buy a car. I phoned a franchised dealer 7 times to get some info on the car I wanted to buy I was told each time I will get someone to phone you back, of course no one ever did. I then went to the dealers premises and just by chance spoke to the owner, I told him I had been looking to buy 20 cars all the same for my business, but unfortunately no one that worked for him had any interest in returning calls and I had ordered the cars from another dealer selling the same brand. He hit the roof and immediately called every member of staff to a meeting in the middle of the showroom floor. I walked out with a huge smile. Of course I only wanted 1 car but he didn’t know that.
