Sorry to read of this Micky. 7 hour wait is down right disgusting. What was the reason for the delay ?
Did you inform Motabilty about this? They need to know what kind of service we are receiving.
I doubt motability would look at changing to the AA. However. it all depends on how long the RAC was awarded the contract for.
