Guess it depends on what actual car it is and the date they told you it would be ready for exchange in the 1st place.
I ordered mein in mid jan for mid april pickup, The car was at the dealers before lockdown and i picked it up a 2 weeks ago this monday. Maybe worth calling and speaking to Mb. Unless you not in england most dealers have been open since the 1st of june and most cars have been able to be handed over from the 9th of june.
