I don’t think there is mitch other than putting forward a please, please, please, begging letter for a grant and opening up your bank account for god knows who to see.
If I’d passed my driving test back in 74 with an automatic I wouldn’t mind so much but I had a license to drive cheaper cars but was taken away from me because of my disability.
