@Susan. I’ve just re-read this thread because I was certain I’d read that someone had called and been told it’s fine.
It was AD1.
I always suggest that if ever anything is confirmed verbally, to politely request it in writing.
It seems two people at Motability are completely about face to each other and now we don’t know who’s right.
