Spoke to Motability this morning, they can’t undo the cancellation.
As the car is still showing on the VW app and is currently in transit I’m hoping JCT600 will be able to allocate it to me again. Obviously it’ll have to be a new order so can’t be placed until July 1st and I’ve lost the £600 discount from the original order but things are what they are.
So, if anyone is thinking of ordering from Lookers in Newcastle be very wary of what they tell you 🙁

It gets better, JCT600 have said the car is secure but can’t order with Motability until July 1st but no guarantee the car will still be on the scheme and that the price could be higher if it is 🙁
