Hi there, I ordered a mercedes B class from Stratstone Glasgow at the end of December 2019 and as far as I’m aware, although they placed the order with Motability, they keep telling me that they’ve not got a build slot yet for the car and its not even been ordered with Mercedes. The next reason was that there was a problem with the supply of my chosen engine and would I consider a different model? I’m starting to think there is something very wrong with the ordering process at this dealership.
One could only assume so ???
Is no way to run a buisness imo and what about after sales on’se gotta wonder ummm….
I’d run unless it was a great deal they cannot now provide… Speak to MB I would..
