Why do you think the vaccine won’t work, they seem pretty confident about it working. The testing of this vaccine begins next week, let’s keep our fingers crossed ?
Well they’re a company that makes money they’re not going to say “hey here’s a vaccine that doesn’t work” are they?:)
The whole coverage of this pandemic has been blighted by non stories such as this, no real basis of truth in it, they haven’t even started testing it yet they’re proclaiming they’ve found the cure, put simply whoever does find this vaccine is going to be able to print money and thats what this lot are doing,jockying for position at the table nothing more.
But on a wider note as I say the coverage by the media has been for the most part sensationalist nonsense the example I pit forward is Johnson announcing the lockdown and he clearly said it’d be reviewed at 3 weeks, not that it was over the press didn’t seem to bother with that fact and seemed to steer their views toward its all over by easter and we can all go and have a party the likes of which we’ve not seen since VE Day.
That didn’t happen of course and now as this lurches on and on stories, or non stories drip out offering hope but with very little truth to a story, the guideline of 12 to 18 months is the one ive always heard when people much more learned than I mention vaccines, so thats the one I go with.
Life as we know it,as we all know now has changed beyond all recognition social distancing is here to stay at least till a vaccine is found the sooner the media get used to that idea the better it’ll be for all of us.
