28 cars today but funny because there are less cars than that between 6 PM 12 AM. ?
Well only 12 cars passing this morning between 12 and 6 and one of those was one of the bus drivers, no police cars unless there unmarked ones.
My conclusion is those week night 30 cars are office workers going into the office in the dead of night to social distance from other workers.
