Thanks for the suggestions, 1st problem is he was my boss years ago and still thinks like that so doesn’t listen much, 2nd is he will not respond to text, the only thing he did was deny it was on Motability, I think he doesn’t want anyone to know it’s a Motability lease car and I sure had no idea until yesterday, extreme case of keeping up with the Jones’s. ?
I will pass on about putting it in writing so both have a record with dates etc and I have suggested he asks his eldest daughter to make the calls for him as I know she is holed up there with them right now.
I’m sure it will be sorted eventually.
