Yesterday we had an accident, a collision, we believe between a cyclist and a vehicle in our road, two police cars and two ambulances whose time would be better spent dealing with coronovirus. Once the bill is passed on Thursday in parliament I expect Boris to clamp down further and I fully expect the army to assist the police in enforcement.
