I’ve never used home delivery for food before as we always do our own shopping. I never realised how busy the service is, I know these circumstances aren’t normal so it is in higher demand.
Can supermarkets not let staff use their own cars to deliver for a while, that would seem the obvious way to quickly increase the supplies to the most vulnerable at least.
