I wish there was a way to order a car from anywhere in the country without having to leave the house at all.
Maybe something along the lines of a video call to the dealer so they can comfirm your id and you could show your driving licence and entitlement letter etc to them. Once that’s confirmed then you could email copies of the relevant documents to them for their records.
Im not sure if something like that would work but I’d like to think the process could be made easier for the customer.
