i am discussed that they do this they quit clearly lie or mix up cases, I hear this type of thing all the time , the bit that pisses me off (sorry) is the claimant fills out the form with ticks the boxes and fills in supporting comments in the box, they get doctors / consultants letters to confirm everything you put on the form
you go for the assessment they ask you question they type up their report on each question, but you dont get to see their report there and then but you dont .
Was the assessment recorded (they were talking about bringing that in ) , there has be so many cases, myself included that they have disregarded medical evidence and what you say and put something else.
You need to go through each question and compare what you put on your form ( hopefully you have a copy ) to what they put in their report and if you can back it up with medical evidence (if you can ).
you want to ask to appeal
To be allowed to appeal to a tribunal, you’ll need:
your letter from the DWP with the words ‘Mandatory Reconsideration Notice’ at the top – if you’ve lost it, ask them for a new one
to send your appeal form in within one month of the date shown on the mandatory reconsideration notice
i hope this might help dont just accept what they say
