Normally the person awarded the mobility component has to go in person to order and then to sign for (enter PIN) but in the current climate I don’t think any new orders are being taken and most car manufacturers have closed up shop for now so will have to wait until the virus outbreak has settled down, then I would speak to Motability and see what the options are (might be worth giving them a call anyway)
