I had contacted carplay2air by email and they assured me it will work in my car
then I read on the mk2 Tiguan forum about a member who bought the Carlinkit from Aliexpress ( never used that ) he said it was just the same as plugging the cable in, no issues at all
so as you can get the Carlinkit on Amazon I’m going to buy that one, that way if there is any issues it goes right back for a full refund no hassle
the carplay2air was from Canada ( I think ) and would be all sorts of faffing about and costs to send it back if there was any issues
can’t go wrong with amazons return policy ??
i just checked there and I think it’s came down from £125/£139 ish to £100
ive sent the selling company a quick message , but I think I’ll just take a punt on it and if it’s crap I’ll get an easy refund
