But, back in the main topic, you said we are “still being governed by the very same Elitist bunch”. Sad but true. Even more sad is that it applies just as much to the Labour people as others (and I say this as a lifelong Labour voter and, dare I say this with BJ in power, a trades union member – NUJ). They may not have the same Old School Tie as the others, but it is there nevertheless.
Seems to me that the primary motivation for all politicians is to be in control of everyone else; they enjoy bullying people just for its own sake. That’s why I stopped voting altogether – I do not want to lend my support to a bullying thug, of any political colour. Learned how to deal with bullies in school: hit back harder than they try to hit you. Unfortunately, trying this today with our MPs has limitations involving armed police and early demise…
